First 5 Riverside hosted an expanded training and information sharing workshop for Leading Ladies of African American Churches in Riverside County on Friday May 11. First 5 Riverside joined with First 5 California today to announce the launch of the updated Spanish language Kit for New Parents, a free, comprehensive parenting resource that includes everything from practical advice on prenatal care to information on a child’s first years. With more than 24,500 babies born in Riverside County each year, the free kit, valued at $75, will help local parents prepare for their new child. para más información

BANNING, CA - First 5 Riverside and Praise Tabernacle Community Church will host two seminars - one on healthcare and one on childcare - Saturday Feb. 3, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
